BabyQuip fulfills and delivers all rental items in the baby/nursery category and is liable for all its equipment. They offer an add on concierge service to ensure a customer does not face any difficulty while renting their items. BabyQuip also picks items up after a rental term is complete.
Inhabitr never compromises on cleanliness, especially when dealing with baby gear. All of our rental furniture goes through a dense sanitation and refurbishment process before being rented out again. Any item that is returned in less than excellent condition will not be re-rented.
By renting any of the BabyQuip equipment/products listed on Inhabitr, the renter takes responsibility for its use, and understands that the performance of the product is not guaranteed by Inhabitr. Inhabitr takes no guarantee, or assurance of the products either explicit or implied, and requires essential diligence from the customer of verification of the item’s condition before delivery. The rental or purchase is at sole discretion of the customer. If you receive an item and do not like it or find it in acceptable condition, you can return the time for a 100% refund.
Inhabitr guarantees customer satisfaction, quality products, cleanliness and white glove delivery, assembly and pick up. In this case while the fulfillment is done by BabyQuip Inhabitr guarantees that in the event you are unsatisfied with the product or service, Inhabitr will handle the replacement of items via Baby Quip or in worst case the full refund of your money.
Adult supervision is mandatory at all times during rental product usage. Improper use of certain rental equipment may result in physical injuries or bodily harm for which Inhabitr and BabyQuip are not liable.
If you would like to end your lease early without penalties, we have a ‘break free’ option. Our team is happy to arrange early pick up of your rental items and will adjust the charges as necessary. Please read our terms for more details.
